Please note that deposits made into the Kitty Pot app by the user can be refunded at any time but may incur additional fees.

• Virtual Kitty Contributions: Kitty Pot facilitates the creation and management of virtual "kitties" for making shared payments. Contributions made to a kitty are non-refundable. Once a contribution is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Users are responsible for carefully considering their contributions before making a payment.

• Kitty Pot does not take responsibility for resolving disputes between users regarding contributions made to a kitty. It is the users' responsibility to communicate and resolve any payment disputes directly with the other party involved in the transaction.

• If a payment dispute arises, Kitty Pot may, at its sole discretion, assist users in facilitating communication and reaching a resolution. However, any resolution or refund decision will be the responsibility of the users involved, and Kitty Pot shall not be held liable for any outcomes or disputes.

• In the event of an error or technical issue that results in an incorrect or unintended transaction, users are encouraged to contact Kitty Pot support at info@kittypot.com for assistance. We will review and investigate reported errors or technical issues on a case-by-case basis.

• If a refund is deemed necessary due to an error or technical issue caused by Kitty Pot, we will work with the affected user(s) to rectify the situation and provide an appropriate refund, if applicable.
